FAQs

Will my skin purge when I start using this?

Some people experience temporary dryness, flaking, or breakouts as their skin adjusts to retinol, while others do not. Start every other night and increase use gradually as your skin becomes more comfortable.

How long does it take to see post-acne marks fade?

Improvements take time. Many users begin noticing post-acne marks looking lighter after about 4–6 weeks, while smoother texture and more refined-looking pores often become noticeable after 8–12 weeks with consistent use. Individual results vary.

Can it help deep acne scars?

This serum is designed to improve the appearance of post-acne marks, uneven skin tone, texture, and visible pores. Deep or indented acne scars typically require professional treatments for more significant improvement.

Is this a good retinol if I've never used one before?

Yes. The formula was developed to be a gentler introduction to retinol, making it a suitable option for many first-time users. Beginning slowly and using a moisturizer alongside it can help your skin adjust more comfortably.

Is this product safe to use during pregnancy?

No. Because this product contains retinol, it is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing, speak with your healthcare professional about suitable alternatives.
