If you're not satisfied, email support@velunabykatsuki.store within 60 days of
delivery with your order number, and we'll refund your order.

You don't need to send anything back. We don't accept returns on beauty products for hygiene reasons, so there's no return shipping to pay and nothing to package up — keep the product or dispose of it.

What's covered

Your whole order, including multi-tube orders.

Subscription renewals. If a renewal is charged and you didn't want it, contact
us and we'll refund that order.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days of your request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel
your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Our 60-day
money-back guarantee above applies as well, and is more generous.
