We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a refund.
Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied, email support@velunabykatsuki.store within 60 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund your order, including any shipping fee you paid.
You don't need to send anything back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval.
Return Shipping Policy
Returns are not required. We don't accept returns on beauty products for hygiene
reasons, so there is no return shipping and no cost to you.
